Wine fermented at a controlled temperature between 12º and 15ºC. The must of this wine is obtained within a nine month period and aged into stainless steel tanks. It has been bottled on the end of November 2006.

It is a wine with a pale gold colour and metallic glints. On the nose is expressive, fresh, seductive and sweet. It has certain aroma which reminds of rose petals and fennel. In the mouth, it is balanced but with great acidity and a long term taste so characteristic of Godello’s grape varietal.
